Where is the show?
The main event location will be the Soundside Event Site in Nags Head at 6800 S Croatan Hwy Nags Head. There will be other cruise in locations listed soon.
Is there trailer parking available?
Yes. We have several options for trailer parking. There is a small fee per night to cover our costs for security. Call Michael for more details or to make arrangements for parking. 252.305.5789
Will there be access to special fuel?
We will have a fuel distributor both days at the event. Typical inventory includes leaded racing fuel (110), unleaded racing fuel and E85. If you have other special needs, please contact us in advance of the show and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do I have to register in advance, or can I just pay when I arrive?
We have limited space at the official event site. Early registration open on January 1, 2025 and will close on March 16, 2025 to give us time to get ready for the event. You will be able to register at the event. The time of event registration price will be $60.00. (Instructions/times for registration at event will be posted soon). Register early and save the $10 but remember all registration fees are donated to charity.
Are there special accommodations available?
We do have blocks of rooms with special rates at many of the hotels and motels. We try to keep an up to date list on our website. Best practice would be to ask where ever you call if they have a special rate for OBXRC participants.
